INTRODUCTION

Elemec Group of Companies opened its doors for the first time in 1993 with the establishment of Elemec Electrical Contracting L.L.C in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Elemec Electrical Contracting Company is one of the leading electromechanical contractors in the U.A.E with branch offices at Mumbai in India, Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman and Abu Dhabi & Sharjah in the U.A.E. Elemec has been an exemplary of an established MEP company in the region with a widely acclaimed reputation for excellence, innovation and cost effective engineering.

Since its inception, the company has undertaken a prestigious portfolio of electromechanical projects within the Middle East including Hotels & Resorts, High Rise Commercial and Residential Buildings, Mall and Shopping Complexes, Industrial Kitchen and Laundry Facilities, Multispecialty Hospitals and Specialized Clinics, Central Cooling Plants, Schools and Education Institutions, Car Show Rooms, Luxury Villas, Industrial Installations and Applications, Airport and Runways and Mosques. The Group’s corporate office premise is located at the Dubai Investment Park. The premises encompasses an area of more than 100,000 square feet accommodating its Central Stores, Elemec A/C Systems Industry L.L.C & the Prefabrication unit which supports the mechanical operations and the Power Control Unit which supports the electrical (Switchgear and Automated control panels) operations of the Group across the Middle East and India.

Elemecs A/C Systems Industry LLC serves as a Manufacturing Unit of air conditioning ducts and air outlets with associated accessories such as volume control dampers, air filters and sound attenuators. The manufacturing unit is equipped with a wide range of modern machinery and equipment including computerized plasma cutting machines with a production capacity of more than 15000 square feet of duct per day.

The Group has an in-house Low Current Systems division to cater to growing importance /need in MEP industry.

Further an in-house testing & commissioning maintenance team completes the profile of the company as a One Stop Shop Solution for MEP works.

The Group’s MEP Operations in Dubai is managed from their head office based in the Dubai Printing Press Building at Bur Dubai. The Office space occupies 15,000 square feet of the Mezzanine floor with strength of more than 100 engineers and other staff members. The group considers its employees and work force as their main asset and works diligently towards creating an environment of trust, good communication and team spirit among the staff.

The workforce are accommodated in Elemecs own facilities with a central mess and all recreation provisions capable of serving up to 1500 members at Al Quoz Industrial area Dubai.
