Elemecs India Real Estate Development Pvt. Ltd, the civil construction company, was launched in India by Elemec’s Group in May 2008. The company is currently carrying out the Group’s ambitious 500-bedded Multi-Specialty Hospital in Kayamkulam, Kerala, India. The project is currently in to the 4th Floor of the 12 storey structure and the projected completion is end of 2015. The company is also scheduled to carry out some of the Group’s other prestigious projects like Elemec’s Multi-storied shopping facility and Hotel of Tourism in Kayamkulam, Kerala and a Commercial and Residential Complex at Marine Drive in Kochi, Kerala in the very near future. It also aims to carry forward the experience and take up other civil construction projects within Kerala and other parts of India.
